- You authorise Paylist to connect to your FreeAgent company using FreeAgent's secure OAuth sign-in. Once connected, verified supplier bank details from Paylist are kept in sync with your FreeAgent contacts, so you never have to re-key them by hand.
- Does it update my FreeAgent contacts automatically?
- Yes. When a supplier updates their verified bank details on Paylist, the matching contact in your connected FreeAgent company is updated for you, so your records stay current.
- Where do the bank details appear in FreeAgent?

- Not today — the FreeAgent connection keeps your suppliers' verified bank details in sync but doesn't handle employees or payroll. Employee payroll sync is available with Xero.
- Is the FreeAgent integration secure?
- Connections use FreeAgent's official OAuth flow, so Paylist never sees your FreeAgent password. Bank details on Paylist are encrypted with per-row keys, and you can disconnect FreeAgent at any time from your dashboard.
